2025 OCTOBER 17TH, HANOI - INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE: PSYCHOLOGY AND EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA

The digital era, along with digital platforms, technology, and artificial intelligence, is reshaping our lives in every aspect. Numerous opportunities and achievements of this era are progressively contributing to the quality improvement of human life. However, the challenges posed by the digital era are also leading to significant consequences for human well-being and the quality of social services.

The International Scientific Conference: “Psychology and Education in the Digital Era” is jointly organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Education, Hanoi National University of Education, the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact, University of Northampton, UK, and the Asia Pacific and Africa Teacher Education Cooperation Center, Hiroshima University, Japan.

The Institute for Social Innovation and Impact (ISII) at the University of Northampton, UK, is a pioneer with many achievements in the field of Psychology and Education. As of August 2024, ISII has attracted £3.7 million in direct funding, published over 200 research articles, and participated in over 60 domestic and international projects. ISII focuses on many research topics, including educational innovation and cross-cultural research, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia. The Institute has collaborated with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam to create a supportive ecosystem for social enterprises. In addition, it also conducts research for the British Council to support social innovation in higher education in East Asia.

The Asia Pacific and Africa Teacher Education Cooperation Center (APATEC2), Hiroshima University, Japan, is an international collaborative initiative established in 2016 to support and develop the expertise of teachers and educators in Asian and African countries, with the goal of promoting cooperation and knowledge exchange between countries in the Asia-Pacific and Africa regions in the field of education and training. With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of education, APATEC2 has built a strong network connecting educators, educational organizations, and universities in Asia and Africa, helping to share knowledge, research, and advanced practices in education and training. APATEC2 has successfully organized many online and international conferences, providing opportunities for educators to enhance their expertise, learn about advanced teaching methods, and discuss global educational issues.
